The Human Resource Manager is responsible for responding to all reference check inquiries. Responses to such inquiries will confirm dates of employment and position(s) held. If an employee authorizes disclosure in writing, we will also provide information on the amount of salary or wages the employee last earned to the requesting entity. EMPLOYEE REFERAL POLICY Eligibility: All regular full-time employees with at least three months of service are encouraged to refer qualified candidates to the HR Manager.. The referring employee should submit the referred candidate’s resume along with the completed Referral Bonus Plan Application form to Human Resources. Additionally, the name of the referring employee must be clearly indicated on the front page of the referred candidate’s employment application. |
