                    Refer a Friend and Earn!
                    All requests for employment references must be directed to the Human Resource Manager. No manager, supervisor, or employee is authorized to release references for current or former employees.  

                    The Human Resource Manager is responsible for responding to all reference check inquiries. Responses to such inquiries will confirm dates of employment and position(s) held.

                    If an employee authorizes disclosure in writing, we will also provide information on the amount of salary or wages the employee last earned to the requesting entity.         

                    EMPLOYEE REFERAL POLICY

                     Eligibility:  All regular full-time employees with at least three months of service are encouraged to refer qualified candidates to the HR Manager..

                    Employees NOT eligible to receive the bonus include:
                    • Executive Directors/Chief Officers
                    • General Managers, Supervisors or Managers involved in recruiting or hiring an employee who will report either directly or indirectly to them.
                    • Human Resources (HR) staff
                    Policy: When a regular full-time employee recommends a qualified individual for a valid opening and the referral is hired as a regular full-time, a referral bonus of $50.00 will be paid, in one installment. The installment will be paid 90 days after the time of hire after the new employee has been on the payroll for 90 days.

                    The referring employee should submit the referred candidate’s resume along with the completed Referral Bonus Plan Application form to Human Resources. Additionally, the name of the referring employee must be clearly indicated on the front page of the referred candidate’s employment application.
